Customization of Products & Their Sizing:
Takhleek offers customization on existing products ( where possible) and also for bespoke pieces as per clients requirements and space size. Please keep the following points in mind while ordering customized pieces:
- For Lahore: We can send a team of experts to take accurate size of the space where the furniture items is going to be placed for a service fee of 5,000/- a visit. If the client wishes to provide the size themselves, then we will follow that size and it will be the client’s responsibility if there is any size discrepancy or adjustment issue afterwards. Takhleek will not be responsible for size variations.
- Outside Lahore: For large scale residential & commercial projects Takhleek can send a team to take dimensions of the space. This visit will be charged as per the site location. For smaller orders outside Lahore, the client must provide us with accurate space dimension, CAD files, Layout details to ensure the furniture item accurately fits in. Takhleek will not be responsible for any size variations.

This website is operated by Takhleek E Khaas (Pvt) Limited. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refers to Takhleek E Khaas (Pvt) Limited whereas, the end user will be referred to as “Customer & Client”.Takhleek’s e-commerce platform is offering furniture & interior services to its customers. Upon acceptance, these terms, conditions, and policies stated here are binding to the Client.
The” Customer” is required to read the Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions stated here, including those additional terms, conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms and Conditions apply to all end users of the site, including but not limited to users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Takhleek E Khaas (Pvt) Limited reserves the right to update, change or replace whole or any part of these Terms & Conditions on our website whenever required. It is the client’s responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Privacy & Cookie Policy:
We at Takhleek are deeply concerned about ensuring the privacy of our clients hence, we do not share, sell or otherwise reveal information about our customers to any other party except as required to process and ship purchases. Please understand we will disclose your information when obliged by law or to safeguard our mutual interests and safety.The privacy and security of the information collected from you is a priority to us and it is equally important to us that you understand how we use this information and with whom we may share it.
- Order Booking Form
The Client/Customer is required to provide personal information (name, email, and shipping address) along with financial information (credit card number and expiration date) via an order booking form available on our website at the time of booking an order. This information is used for credit card authorization and to for shipping the orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user. All the credit/debit card information is encrypted and Takhleek has no access to that data.
- Legal Disclaimer
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order, or legal requirements.
- Third Party Mediators
We have outsourced the shipping services to a company, and a credit card/debit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
- NON-MANDATORY AID
Sometimes we'll link you up with external apps that we can't guarantee will be useful or even work properly.

Discrepant Delivery
If there are any discrepancies in the item delivered, please email us at info@takhleek.com.pk. All the details of the products are mentioned on the website along with the images as accurately as possible. however, these are handmade items so some discrepancies may occur due to lighting and polish finish.
Modification of Prices & Services:
Prices mentioned on the website can change without prior notice. Takhleek reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to the client for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Upholstery Fabric Customization
The prices included on the website are inclusive of upholstery fabric/leather used. If you want customization of color or fabric that may carry some additional cost which will be communicated to the client at the time of booking an order. We can also do the upholstery with the fabric/leather provided by the client in which case the fabric cost will be deduct from the total amount.
Size & Design Customization
For the products displayed on website and otherwise we offer customization of products in terms of size, polish finish and design as per the client’s requirements. If you order a product with customization the price will be as per the changes which the client requires and may vary to the prices mentioned on the website. A quote will be submitted to you when the requirements are communicated to us.
10)Submissions, Comments, and User Feedback
