Refund & Exchange Policy
Exchanges: Furniture items are not eligible for returns or exchanges at Takhleek. Please get in touch with customer service if you need further details. Takhleek does not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Customization of Products & Their Sizing:
Takhleek offers customization on existing products ( where possible) and also for bespoke pieces as per clients requirements and space size. Please keep the following points in mind while ordering customized pieces:
- For Lahore: We can send a team of experts to take accurate size of the space where the furniture items is going to be placed for a service fee of 5,000/- a visit. If the client wishes to provide the size themselves, then we will follow that size and it will be the client’s responsibility if there is any size discrepancy or adjustment issue afterwards. Takhleek will not be responsible for size variations.
- Outside Lahore: For large scale residential & commercial projects Takhleek can send a team to take dimensions of the space. This visit will be charged as per the site location. For smaller orders outside Lahore, the client must provide us with accurate space dimension, CAD files, Layout details to ensure the furniture item accurately fits in. Takhleek will not be responsible for any size variations.
Damaged or Defective Item: Upon delivery, the client must check the order to make sure it is to their satisfaction. If there are any problems, you must notify us right away and send images or videos of the damage or the problem so that we can offer a suitable fix. If damages are discovered after delivery is complete, the item cannot be exchanged or returned.
Non-returnable items: Customized purchases cannot be returned or exchanged because it is the customer's responsibility to provide us with accurate size information. Before placing an order, the client must make sure the item will fit through doors, stairwells, and elevators. On the website, we've done our best to include all relevant product information, including their dimensions.
Refunds: After reviewing your claim, customer service will get in touch with you within 7 working days to let you know whether it was accepted or not and to discuss the way forward in line with the company policy.
Cancellation Policy: Once an item has been dispatched, cancellations are not available. Before the item is put into production, customized orders may be cancelled or altered within 24 hours of the order being placed. Customized orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours, although alterations may be made, and the client will be responsible for any additional costs. If a cancellation is made and an advance payment is made after 36 hours, Takhleek will withhold 25% from the advance payment and reimburse the remaining amount to the customer.
