Shipping Policy

 

    Takhleek employs a wide array of shipping methods to facilitate our clients nationwide. However, some areas may not be in service zone of our shipping partners. Please also note due to the nature of some items they cannot be delivered overland and can only be delivered via express delivery ser-vice.

    DOORSTEP DELIVERY ONLY:

    Takhleek only provides doorstep delivery inline with the policy agreed with our shipping partners. The shipping partner of Takhleek will not be responsible for unpacking and setting up the furniture in your home or dispensing away the debris of the packaging.

    ***Please note that it is not our responsibility to unload the furniture, unpack it and set it in your home. If you require additional services, the client must inform us beforehand. We do provide these services but at an additional cost.”

    PAYMENT & DELIVERY TERMS:

    • COD up to Rs. 25,000 PKR order
    • Products above Rs. 25,000 PKR will be booked on 70% advance payment at the time of order booking. The payment can be made via cheque/ direct bank transfer. Rest of the payment will be made on the delivery of product. The delivery date will be applicable from the date advance is paid.

    • Shipping Charges: For customized products shipping chargers will be communicated after the completion of production according to its weight/size and delivery location.
    • Delivery charges are not included in the prices mentioned on website and will be calculated on checkout page, according to weight, dimension, location, and city of delivery.

    ***Please note that while we make every effort to guarantee that the product is properly packaged and reaches you undamaged, there is still a slight possibility of damage occurring. None of the items are insured***

    DELIVERY ADDRESS:

    • Please ensure that you provide us the complete address and contact information for smooth order processing and delivery.
    • Takhleek shall not be responsible for any delays in the shipping or misplacement of the product due to incorrect delivery information from the client’s end.
    • The courier company will only make 3 delivery attempts Once the delivery is underway and the client is not available to receive the order at the given address, the client must pay the additional redelivery cost.
    • Incase of change in delivery date from the clients end they must inform us 48 hours beforehand so we can manage the delivery accordingly. This only applies to big products which are to be delivered in Lahore or other cities in Pakistan.

    ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME:

    • We have displayed the estimated production time against each product on our website. Our minimum production time is between 8-12 weeks. We do a thorough quality check before shipping.
    • We have opted for the best shipping providers to ensure we offer our customers a seamless shipping experience. But sometimes delays do happen due to unforeseen situations such as weather or political situations which may hamper the delivery.
    • The shipping process is contingent on providers' availability and logistical resources, delays may occur, and some services may not be available in all areas.

    DAMAGED DELIVERY:

    • If the product is damaged the client is required to take a picture of the product before the delivery is completed and email us at info@takhleek.com.pk and also send a picture on our official contact no 092 326 1666648 and call customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Once the product is delivered, there is no return/policy exchange policy. If any delivered furniture has defects, Customer Service will assist in repairs or exchanges as per the company policy.
